On my way to Cumming for a BBQ Comp (very time sensitive), a spark plug blew out of the head of my truck on Hwy 20. We had never been to this area before and knew nothing about the area. We limped along the road and come up on Nichelsons. We were pulling our BBQ cooking rig also. I explained my situation to man at the counter. He told me he thought they could fix it, but everyone was at lunch. He said as soon as they start coming back in they would check it out. I made a call to some friends and they came and picked us and our trailer up. Before we could get to the cook site, Nichelson's called and said the truck was ready! We dove back and picked up the truck and was charged $139.....

Went in because the AC wasn't working in the rear of my wife's Expedition. They said it needed a new motor or blower and fixed it. Next day both the front and the rear don't blow. I take it back and they say I'm out of freon. They fix it. Two days later it's blowing hot air. I take it back a third time and now I have a leak but they can't find it so they need to put dye in the system. I now need to drive the car until it starts blowing warm air again. Next day it happens. Now they find a "large" leak in the freon line and it will take $500 to fix. 4 trips for one original problem that will cost me in all $1,000 to fix. Very nice people but they won't admit when they've made a mistake. Needless to say I will take my car to someone who will fix the problem and charge me an appropriate price the first time.
Excellent! They fixed my brakes on my work vehicle in 2 hours. I am a mobile sonographer and when I can't drive I lose money so they had my car repaired in no time! They even had to order parts! I did not have Appt. either. Awesome service! Thank you!
