I can't say enough about Dr Miles and Dr Drew. We have been going there for many years now and in fact we drive 30-45 minutes to get there depending on the traffic. We first came to this practice to get second opinions after our other pediatric dentist wanted to do extensive work on both my children. We were told that 95% of what we were told was not needed. It was that honesty that made us patients for the long term. Most recently we had a weekend urgent problem and Dr Miles and Dr Drew were both so caring and helpful to us even on a Sat and Sun. We love them!!!!! I keep begging them to take me a patient but no go yet. ;)
My 2 children have been patients at this practice since around 2006. I have always been extremely pleased! I have always recommended these providers to my clients. We have experience with care under all 3 of the dentists (Dr Miles, Dr Procter and Dr Drew). Their staff are also very helpful!!
All of you people are awesome. My son Joseph had extensive work done today and came out of it like a breeze. My wife is the one who brought Joe today and told me there wasn't anyone there that couldn't have been nicer and Dr. Miles is top notch. My son Kolton recently had a LOT of work done here. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! We visited three dentist total trying to find someone in "network" or who we felt comfortable with. My heart was stuck with Dr. Drew and her team.
I am forever grateful for Dr. Drew and her team, and also for Rebecca who was so sweet and always willing to help as well.
My son has a lot of anxiety after a bad previous dental experience. Cherokee Children's was recommended to me by my general dentist and we went today for his first cleaning. He still had the anxiety and he certainly didn't make it easy for them, but they were so patient and kind! They worked with us to try to make him comfortable and were able to complete his cleaning. I'm so thankful to have found this practice!
Editing to add: We had our second visit today where they had to do a lot of work on him. He needed a crown and had an abscessed tooth that had to be extracted. Dr. Drew was FANTASTIC! She kept me informed and made sure he and I were both comfortable every step of the way. They have earned some very loyal customers in our family.
I trusted the work that she wanted to do on my son. He was a complicated case (in my opinion) bc when he was little, he had a lot of medical treatments that eventually ruined his teeth. The treatment plan that she had for him made sense. She took the time to explain everything and why she thought certain things were necessary. Everyone in this office was patient, kind and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile. Coming here felt like coming home. Any questions I asked, they seemed pleased to answer. I recommend them to any and everyone I know.
