The customer service is exceptional. Garrison's entire staff was friendly and not pushy. Their service and delivery staff helped us coordinate deliver and helped my husband move out our old furniture. The 20,000 sq. ft. showroom offers the best selection of furnishings and accessories in Southern Oregon. I highly recommend this store and rate it as excellent in every way.

If I could, I would return the mattresses; they are so uncomfortable and lumpy , I might as well be sleeping on the floor; it may even sleep better .
Great Prices, Great quality, Great Customer Service.. This is our go to furniture store. We've bought multiple pieces and have been completely satisfied with our purchases. It's a added bonus that typically they can do same day delivery and within a certain mileage they offer free delivery! I prefer to shop small family owned businesses over the big box stores any day!

While in store to look at the mattress , the salesman was constantly standing over us and we felt like we couldn't even make a fair decision.
Bought two mattresses, after three months one is already coming apart and feels like I'm sleeping on rocks. Said was a serta but it's very cheaply made.
