Horrible, worst experience ever. Purchased a generator. All they had was floor model. No problem until there's no use and care book
The store is nice, the employees are relatively nice, but the delivery service is absolutely terrible. They give you a weird time window and proceed to ignore it. And they don't bother calling to tell you they are running late. Buy somewhere else if you need it delivered. Otherwise you will wait and wait and wait....(and STILL waiting)
Everyone is helpful! Always very clean. Ive been coming to thos store for almost 4 years. Always well stocked too.
No oil for 1st oil change which brochure states is in package. Took 1 1/2 hours to go through this ordeal. Never again will step foot in a Lowes store. Hope this will make someone else a better experience.
Easy to find parking. Floor clerk volunteered to take me straight to the Olympic Deck cleaner. She offered further assistance, which I did not need. The cashier did not require me to take out the 3 heavy containers. He walked around to scan them, handed me my receipt and wished me a safe holiday!
8:15 pm and one guy wandering around to help. Obviously new and knew virtually nothing. This partially trained person and the customers should have never been put in this position.
