Left and went to another jewelry store and they checked it, cleaned it and checked it again. No loose stones.
Visited this location to have a ring size taken and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Lesson learned. Won't be going back to this store ever.
Brought in a necklace to get fixed Was told repairs in house NO THEY SEND IT OUT second talked me into credit card JOKE The chain broke within two weeks so i brought it back They wanted to charge me again A 15 dollar repair they charged 55.00 WHAT A JOKE NEVER DO BUSSINESS THERE TOTAL RIPOFF
Asked to have a diamond ring cleaned and was told two stones were loose and they wouldn't do it until I spent $90 to get them fixed.
