Worst theater. Go and MAYBE the show is running or maybe "technical problems". Go and maybe you can get a ticket after 15 minutes in line because one person sells tickets and food and membership. Go, tell them, and expect a shrug. Never really clean. Sometimes the marquis accurately display the movie. Carmike was good. Now we drive from 9 mi north of there to 12 miles south of there to go to Regal at exit 8 on 575. Want to see the dynamics in a failing business, go to this AMC
Long lines to get tickets. Minimum staff available. No manager available for problems. Popcorn scattered on floors
Very disappointed! We came to the movies to have a girls night out. We had to choose a 9:30 movie so we could have the kids in bed before we went. We get to the theater and they are closed. We looked up times on you website, it said 9:30. When we finally got in to find out what was going on, we were told you had closed at 8:15!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
A lot better since AMC took over, lines we more organized and staff is a lot better with customer service.

This theater has gone downhill since AMC acquired it. The staff is overextended. Technical problems are common. The bathrooms and common areas aren't the cleanest. I wad a regular (weekly) customer ad I love the movie experience. I now take my business to Regal at Town Lake -- reserved seating, clean and limited waits for tickets and snacks.
