This place is awesome! They truly care about the customer, unlike some other local Uhaul locations. Denise was especially helpful during my most recent rental. I have rented trucks from them twice, and each time they made suggestions that saved me money. I love how they run their business and highly recommend this location.

We called her boss, JL Alveranga, and he fixed the issue, (for which we are grateful for) but certainty Denise is a representative of U-haul and her attitude makes me think that it is better to do business somewhere else.
Terrible experience! The office manager, Denise Bennett, clearly hates to work here and her customer service is a reflection of that. She was rude, condescending, and when we commented about it she said "you know what? I don't have to rent anything to you" and returned the paperwork! Even though we had pre-rented the truck online.
