Do not call that station for any kind of help. I called with a general question about traffic and all the person on the phone just kept saying " I can not help you call 911". I told her I did not want her about traffic issue, I just wanted a question answered and I did not want to tie up 911 with a non emergency call and she told it was the same number.
So I called a different station and got the help I needed.
