I drive all the way from Florida just for Dr. Craig and the staff at Cass Clinical. After a bad experience in town I’m so thankful to have found Cassie and her exceptional staff. I leave happy every time and know that I will only get the best of the best here!
We then met with Dr. Craig whom I immediately liked and he is certainly extremely knowledgeable and capable. He was also very accommodating regarding answering any questions so at that point I was really excited and ready to proceed.
I have been made very comfortable during every procedure thus far and Dr. Craig has a very confident, reassuring bedside manner. I have yet to experience anything beyond very mild discomfort with anything we have done and the results have been nothing short of amazing! They continue to exceed all of my expectations and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Upon my initial visit I was pleasantly greeted by the friendly staff and was immediately impressed with the facility. During my initial consultation I felt genuinely listened to and that my feelings and concerns were understood. Ms. Craig was very easy to talk to and I felt at ease discussing what I consider to be my problem areas. Her knowledge and professionalism accompanied with the willingness to spend the extra time to educate me and answer all of my questions allowed me to feel confident I would be in good capable hands. It was very candidly explained what procedures would be appropriate for me, what results I could realistically expect, what was not recommended, and what the recommend treatment plan would consist of.

The entire experience was amazing from my comfort, the education and information relayed concerning the process and the science behind it, to the care and support I received during and after the treatment!
