Bad customer service and poorly lit at night
Clean and well-maintained units. Roxann, the manager, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this business for your storage needs.
We have had a storage unit with them since 2009 and they have been great. Roxanne has always been very helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend them!
I payed them way to much to have my things ruined!!
I recently moved out of my unit and majority of my things were ruined by rat infestation! Never notified by the company and no response to emails.
Extremely dissatisfied!!!
Now my furniture is ruined.
For the 6th time in the 6 months we've had our 3 units here, nobody is there to take our payment. We're spending $500 a month storing our entire houseful of belongings. You can hardly ever get anybody on the phone & if you do they tell you they'll be closed from this to that time for lunch, but really that's never accurate. When we showed up with our movers (that are paid by the hour BTW) during the time slot they told us to come, the guy wasn't there then either. He returned 45 mins later! You can't make payments over the phone because the system is screwed up & has been since May, you just sit on never-ending hold. We have been cussed at for making a late payment, due to nobody being there the 3 times we had tried to pay the bill over a 2 day period before that. The same guy told us that taking payments wasn't even his job & that he didn't know how to split payments between 2 cards. He ended up literally throwing the receipt & a few more choice words at my husband after finally processing a single card transaction for him, yes...I said he THREW the receipt. I would never recommend this high priced, rude company to anybody.
