I booked through Expedia. They would not honor the Expedia price even though I had a confirmation number. They wanted to charge me double the Expedia price. Read the other reviews. This is a common complaint with this location.
Please, save yourselves a lot of trouble and never rent from this location. As you can tell from the ratings and comments I'm not the first person to have issues.

This location is a stellar representation for Avis Budget more so Customer service in general!! The Operator Babajide is 100% about his customers . He made my trip to Savannah Ga a great one by making sure that my family had the correct vehicle even though things were looking otherwise. Overall Excellent location !
I told them I did not want the rental. He had already swiped my card, but I refused to sign the contract. I called Avis Customer Service but they give the authority to the local location. They said just don't take the car. At that point he charged my credit card for the full amount without a signed contract. That is fraud! Avis corporate agreed and has opened a fraud investigation. American Express is in the process of disputing and if the charge closes then a fraud investigation will be opened on their end.
I don't even want to give Avis 1pt off of 1 star. Avis completely overcharged me after I had paid the full price on Priceline. After explicitly declining any extras , because I had already paid, I was charged over $300. Of course I didn't notice until a month later when my credit card statement came and have long since thrown my rental agreement away. After reading the internet, I would encourage you to use another rental company since it seems this is a standard practice by Avis to take money from those who are renting their vehicles.
Had the worst experience I've ever had at any car rental place!!! I used to travel for a living so that is saying something. Here are the problems I encountered.
