Accommodating service. Took the time to understand and provide a satisfying solution to a situation that arose. When to great length to make sure that the mini-van and vehicle features matched my request - such that the trip was very pleasant for my family of five (wife, three children and me). Thanks Enterprise - we'll be back again.
Good service, good prices. The only problem is that I always reserve the smallest car possible for the best fuel mileage possible. Since they never have that I always get upgraded to something bigger and less fuel efficient. So renting the same class of car I've had a Hyundai Accent which gave me 43 mpg and I've had a POS Jeep of some sort that gave me 22 mpg. Complaining has helped but I'm still be upgraded at least a little bit.
Rob and everyone who works with him top notch, I always receive excellent service at this Enterprise location and my most recent experience was no different. The staff here is wonderful and they try their best to make sure you are happy with your rental. I will definitely use them again when I need a rental car. Keep up the good work.
I would never use this location again. The reservation was for 10am, we were not able to pick up the vehicle until after 12pm. The vehicle was damaged when we picked it up. We were rushed through our walk through and the vehicle was parked to conceal it. We documented the damage as soon as we got home. When we went to return the vehicle, the staff insisted that we caused the damage. After pulling video tapes, going outside and physically finding the piece of the broken tailight on the ground, we were told to leave. Apparently someone had backed the van into a low hanging tree branch sometime between when the previous renter returned it and when we picked it up. We spent over an hour there trying to prove that we did not cause the damage.
Every representative was great! From the first phone call through my changes to the end of my stay.they made sure I had the best car on the lot ( at least made me feel that way). The friendly, courteous and very accommodating service made my stay easy. Did I say patient, too? I would do business with them again.
