I have been with Dr. Russell and his staff for well over 10 years and I've never had a negative experience. The office environment is clean and inviting. The staff has always gone out of their way to be courteous and accommodating. Dr. Russell is always extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, considerate and professional in his bedside manner. I had a very old filling that needed to be drilled out and replaced a few years back. The process was as more painless as I could have imagined and Dr. Russell continuously checked every few seconds to make sure I was comfortable. I would recommend Russell Family Dentistry hands down!
