Recently bought three new phones and one of them was an added line. This was a great experience, and three associates that helped us were awesome. Zach, Melanie, and Sarah teamed up to get us our phones at a super price and set up the accounts with Verizon. Superb, expert help and friendly, they even stayed after their shift to help! I had to go find somebody that worked in the appliances but once I did get someone he was very helpful and things went very smoothly on the purchase of the refrigerator
Horror show. I tried to purchase over $4000 worth of materials online and Best Buy won't honor their prices due to a discrepancy in their payment system. They sent an email at 2am saying the order was canceled and the next morning they state that they won't honor their prices. Go to Home Depot and order...much better customer service. Buying anything online from Best Buy is a joke.
Just upgraded my phone at this Best Buy location. Zach M. was great. Genuinely wants to help in whatever way he can and answered all questions without hesitation and even expanded on them (my mom asked a lot). He was instructing a new employee on the ins and outs throughout the upgrade, and it was still the fastest phone upgrade I've ever had. Great stuff, will be back for my next one.
