So I typically have no issues with this nail salon usually I can go in and get what I want no problem even when they are busy. However the service I received today was quite derogatory. I went in at 2:30 today they were busy no big deal I tell them what I want they say okay I’ll be right with you there’s only maybe 7 people inside total I pick out the gel colors I wanted sat for 30 minuets no service whatsoever nobody asked if I wanted a drink or anything 3 customers come in they are getting toes they start working on them right away speaking with them asking if there was anything they could get for them etc... Now I understand not everyone does fingernails in this shop so again I’m still waiting the store owners son comes to put the stuff for gel nails but I told him before I wanted acrylics you can’t do this step before you place the acrylics the nail tech comes over and says you want acrylics and gel on the acrylics? I said yes she said that’ll be $40 I said okay. Another 30 minuets goes by at this point and hour and 15 minuets has gone by I wait another 20 minutes nobody has yet done my nails so I get up to leave and she goes I’ll be right with you I just leave needless to say I will not be back this is the worst service I have ever experienced at this shop usually the owner is very nice and respectful she wasn’t in the store today. But I would expect the same treatment from her employees today her employees showed me the worst customer service I have had in a nail shop.
Fantastic nail salon. Everyone is nice, Gloria is hilarious, Christina is amazing at designs. Pricing is a huge problem. Always up charging for everything. Menu price is never what you pay. Other then the pricing situation, this is a good nail salon that is close by and easy to get an appointment. But, if you make an appointment and request a certain person, you pay more because of the request!
Best nail salon in canton! Reasonable prices and they're excellent at designs! Every other place I've used in Canton can't do the designs I want that I found on Pinterest but this place rocks!
Very clean and they seemed to use really nice products for my pedicure. The set up my tech and the tech beside me used for products (salts, lotion, oil, pumice, etc.) were very neat and professional. The only thing I didn't like was the nail prices. It seemed very expensive, literally $5 - $10 extra per service plus every little thing, including nail shapes were am extra charge. I think I will use this salon for my feet and find another one for my hands.
Worst nail place ever... never will I come here again.. they are rude don't care about their customers needs. When great came in told me 5 to 10 min had me wait and as people start coming in they took them... when ask how much longer the time changed to 30 min.. I get it if people made appointments ahead of time but if that was the case they should have had priorly told me before having me waiting long enough and then end up not having to get my nails done like I said we'll never go here again just rude and don't care about customer service at all
