The food was good. 2 out of the 3 steaks came out cooked just right, the other was overdone. Luckily, that one went to someone who could eat well done steaks. The service was ok. Nothing to rave about. We kind of felt rushed at the end. A little personality might have helped. Like I said, good but not some place I'll go out of my way to go to again.
I tried the new Big Sky Burger today. Fabulous taste and cooked just right. Thanks, Glenda for suggesting it. Fantastic service as well. A new favorite for lunch.
Very good. Had the ribeye. Seated right away and service was attentive.
Your menu and your foods are great. However the service lacked immensely. Waiter told us bread was on its way, brought plates to the table went back into the kitchen and when he came back out he went to the table next to ours (party of 6) and started to chat with 4 senior citizens for approximately 5 minutes or so at which time I caught his attention and asked about our bread. By this time our order has been taken, he had brought us our drinks, salads had been eaten, and we needed refills on our drinks and still no bread. He informed us the bread was in the oven and needed 3 more minutes. He then momentarily returned with the bread, which was immediately followed by our meals. We had finished our meals and there was no site of him. Finally he came over to ask if we wanted dessert. We said no, but we needed 2 take out boxes and our check asap as we had immediate appointments to attend. We waited and waited, finally, those of us that to had leave left without our to-go. We are finding this sort of service more and more as we eat meals out and have already decided to not return to a couple of restaurants in the area. Hopefully our next visit to LongHorn will be better.
Rude services.. Over rated... Iver charged. Tiik all my money from my bank card... And still not refunded.... Server made rude remarks about me and no apologize from anyone from this company... Would not remand this place to my dog... Much less a human.... They should be ashamed of have they treat there paying costumers.... Hope they shut the doors on this place... Ruined our celebration....
