Horrible Food. Just ate here for the 1st time yesterday. I ordered for a couple of friend also. We were given burnt eggs rolls (in which we had to request it to be re-done). And our food was stale and wrong. The meat was nasty. We didn't get what we ordered. We barley touch our meal and highly upset & disappointed, we wasted our time & $$$$ here. I will never eat here again or another one. This is my first and last experience with Panda Express.
Food is always decent. Drive thru can get busy, and they aren't very fast at getting you on your way. But they're always very nice. BUT THEY ALWAYS LEAVE THE FORTUNE COOKIES OUT. Oh. My. Gosh.
Delicious... That is all... They have good customer service I guess but it's really good.
I demand that you recognize Tibet as an independant nation. The Chinese will no longer opress Tibet!
Two stars ONLY because the food is pretty good. Anytime I have ever been here the customer service has been AWFUL. You will stand in line for 10 minutes before you are even noticed. (If you wanted to be acknowledged you're better off going through the drive thru) By the time they finally come to take your order they're short, rude and all out unpleasant to deal with. They literally throw the food into your box/onto your plate and it's a mess. I have gotten home to find out my to go box is covered in sauce. The manager is no help either. You're better off writing a nasty review online or calling corporate than complaining to her. And don't bother going there close to 8:45 because they've already cleaned up everything and are closing.. and if you do decide to go in around that time they openly complain in front of you and tell you they're "out of that." And tonight (9/14/17) they parked one of the employees cars in the drive thru so no one could come through at 8:30.
