Worst car rental experience of my life. We were given a van with almost all the tires worn down almost to the metal, then a tires blows out in the middle of the highway. When confronting the owner to ask about the condition of the tires and that we had to buy a new one to make it home, he proceeded to lie saying all tires were in perfect shape even though we have pictures of them worn down to the wear-bar. When I tried to say that's not the case and show pictures he got hostile and started cursing then told us to leave
Awful! My family has rented here before and they told me not to rent from them cause their cars always gave them issues! Being the person that I am I wanted to give them a shot!!! Regret it a lot.... The van that I rented was horrible!!! Never again!
