Excellent and quick service, was a hassle free experience and didn’t have to play back and forth with the numbers! I went to other Toyota dealerships and their prices didn’t even come close to Cherokee. If they have the car you need I wouldn’t waste the time going anywhere else!!
It was a cold night and the tire pressure sensor came on and Jeff took me to the service area to pump up all tires and followed up the next day to make sure they were still properly inflated.
Joel, Tony and Jeff took great care during the buying process. I live a ways away and Joel gave me a price on my new Tacoma via email that it was worth the drive up to Canton (during rush hour traffic)! Tony was calm and not pushy during the test drive or sales process. Everything was transparent.
2 years ago I purchased my vehicle from Cherokee County Toyota. My salesman was Terence Sinclair. Terence is amazing, his customer service impeccable, professional but not stuffy and he truly cares about his customers. My husband and I contacted Terence for an appointment on Wednesday to purchase another vehicle. Unfortunately Terence was not going to be able to help us, however he arranged for another salesman to assist us. Tony Evangelista was amazing as well. His professionalism, impeccable customer service and honesty was like a breath of fresh air. Tony made sure we were comfortable from the very first moment he introduced himself and continued to the moment he handed me the keys to my new car.
