They have a very wide selection of cars here we mostly looked at the used car selection we were looking for SUVs in Jeeps they plenty they had plenty of inventory the salesman was very nice however we haven't decided which car we want to purchase but we would be willing to return here
He is great, and he will try his best to make things right.
I just bought a 2016 1500 Ram truck at Shottenkirk on Saturday. This is now the 2nd car I have purchased from Shottenkirk in the last 6 months. The service was outstanding. Grant(salesman) did a great job of navigating me through the process of what I needed with out pressuring me to purchase. Jose and Albert were wonderful to work with in the finance department. Again, they give you options with out the pressure. Also, you can't beat the Shottenkirk 1 year protection on your car. If you are looking of anything new or used, this is place to go. They will take care of you and treat you like family! Best play to buy a car in metro Atlanta!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. After expressing interest in a truck online, the internet sales team contacted us by phone. We filled out the short credit application online and sent it in. We then proceeded to hear NOTHING for multiple days (we received a phone call 6 days later after sending an email to the general manager; however we were already at home with our new vehicle purchased from another dealership) however; our credit report shows they have reached out to a massive amount of banks for financing, thus initiating multiple hard inquiries on our credit reports (credit is not A++ but decent enough not to have this many banks hit up for financing). Not only that, but no one contacted us for identity verification prior to running all of these credit checks. Became so frustrated that we ended up going to Hayes Chrysler Dodge of Lawrenceville and walked out 5 hours later with the vehicle we wanted and only 1, YES ONE, hard inquiry from them on our credit report, a great APR and no down payment, with payments that met our budget perfectly. I wouldn't recommend Shottenkirk to anyone, at least until they figure out how to communicate with customers as well as each other.
I'm sorry to see some of the negative comments. My daughter and son have experienced problems in the past, but they have a new person in charge now.
I just bought a 2017 Jeep Compass from Cleveland @ Shottenkirk and I have to say it was good experience. Chandler and Savannah worked incredibly hard to get me in the door! We worked numbers and trade in value via email because I live an hour away. They were prompt with their responses and didn't try to pull one over on me. I originally intended to purchase a Cherokee but after driving it a few days, I hated it. I returned to the dealership and the used car sales manager, David, seemed annoyed at first and told Cleveland to "get his keys back" if I was wanting a different vehicle. They were not happy that I wanted to look at a few other options and felt a little indecisive. A vehicle is a big purchase and I of course wanted to be sure! Ignoring the low key attitudes, Cleveland showed me a few Compass's that I liked and we officially closed the deal that day! Donovan in finance is AMAZING and he made the papers a breeze! I would buy from this dealership again!
